How do I keep my current number?

Text the word PAC to 65075 from your existing SIM. You'll get a 9-character PAC code back within 60 seconds. Hand it to us when you order your Fibrely SIM and we'll move your number across. Your old contract closes automatically — no exit calls, no overlap, no double bills.

How long does porting actually take?

One working day, in almost every case. Your old number stops working in the morning, your Fibrely SIM picks it up by close of business. We schedule the switch for a weekday so you're not stuck without signal over the weekend.

What if I change my mind?

Cancel any time within the first 14 days for a full refund and you can port your number back to your old provider, free. After that, plans are rolling monthly — give us 30 days' notice and we'll release your PAC the same way you got ours.
