Managing your Account

You can update your contact details any time by speaking to a member of our team or by logging into “My Account”.

In “My Account” simply click the edit button next to the detail you wish to amend.

If you wish to update the Primary Account Holder, you will need to contact us or do so via your My Account.

To reset your myaccount login details. First navigate to myaccount.fibrely.co.uk.

Click forgotten password located below the login button.

Enter the email address associated with the account.

Follow the reset instructions on the email that you receive.

To add an authorised person to the account. You can either add them via your My Account within the details section or you can speak to a member of our team. The Primary Account Holder is the only person who can add someone to an account.
