Roaming Europe+: what's included
Roaming Europe+ lets you use your Fibrely mobile in 29 European destinations without buying a travel bundle. You get 100 minutes, 100 texts and 10GB of data to use while you're abroad.
How the allowance works
It's separate from your UK allowance and only used when you're connected to a network abroad.
Calls and texts you receive are free and don't count towards it.
Your 10GB is shared across the whole trip, not per country, and you can use your hotspot.
It resets on your normal billing date. Unused minutes, texts and data don't carry over.
You can roam for up to 30 days in a row and up to 60 days in any 365 day period. After that, Europe+ stops and an additional Roaming package will need to be created.

Check before you book, as some nearby countries aren't included. Norway, Iceland, Albania, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ukraine and Monaco all sit outside the zone.
Before you travel
There's nothing to switch on. Your phone connects automatically when you land. If you've no signal after a few minutes, check data roaming is turned on in your settings, then restart your phone.
If you run out
Whichever part of the allowance you use up stops working. Your data won't keep running at an extra charge, so there's no surprise bill. You can buy an add-on any time in the Fibrely account, and it lasts for the period specified on the purchased addon.
What isn't included
- Premium rate, service and satellite numbers
- Ferries, cruise ships and aircraft, which use satellite networks
- Any destination not listed above
Roaming Europe+ is designed for travel rather than living abroad. If you're planning a trip longer than 30 days, talk to us before you go.
