Fibrely Goal Difference Credits — Terms and Conditions.

How Goal Difference Credits are calculated and applied to your bill. Read these alongside your main Fibrely terms.

1. About this offer

These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply to the Goal Difference Credits offer (the “Offer”) made available by Fibrely Limited (“Fibrely”, “we”, “us”), registered in England and Wales with company number 08027502 and registered office at 3 Railway Court, Doncaster, South Yorkshire, England, DN4 5FB.

Under the Offer, eligible customers receive a credit against their monthly bill based on the monthly league goal difference achieved by the Sheffield Wednesday FC men’s first team (“the Club”), calculated as set out in section 3.

Sheffield Wednesday Football Club is not the promoter of this Offer and has no responsibility for its administration. The Club’s sporting performance is outside Fibrely’s control, and no particular level of credit is promised or guaranteed.

The Offer runs from 01/07/2026 and applies to league fixtures in the 2026/27 season, unless extended, amended, or withdrawn in accordance with section 6.

2. Eligibility

The Offer is available to Fibrely customers aged 18 or over who hold an active qualifying broadband or mobile plan where the Offer is advertised at the point of sale or has otherwise been applied to their account.

To receive a credit for a given Football Month (defined in section 3), you must: (a) hold an active Fibrely service on the last day of that Football Month; and (b) still hold an active service, with no outstanding debt, arrears, or unpaid charges owed to Fibrely, at the point the credit is applied to your bill.

One credit is applied per qualifying account per Football Month, regardless of the number of services held, unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotional material.

3. How the credit is calculated

The credit is calculated on the Club’s monthly league goal difference: the total goals scored by the Club minus the total goals conceded by the Club across all league fixtures completed in a calendar month (a “Football Month”). It is not calculated on the result or goal difference of individual matches.

25p is credited for every goal of positive monthly goal difference. For example, if the Club scores 11 goals and concedes 7 in a Football Month, the monthly goal difference is +4 and the credit is £1.00.

Credits are capped at £4.00 per Football Month (equivalent to a monthly goal difference of +16). Goal difference above +16 does not generate additional credit.

If the monthly goal difference is zero or negative, no credit is applied for that Football Month. A negative goal difference never results in any charge, deduction, or carried-forward reduction — the credit for any Football Month is never less than zero, and each Football Month is calculated independently.

League fixtures only. Only fixtures in the league competition in which the Club competes count towards the calculation. Cup competitions, play-off matches, friendlies, abandoned or voided fixtures, and any other non-league fixtures are excluded. Goals in postponed or rearranged league fixtures count in the Football Month in which the fixture is actually completed.

Goal difference is determined using the official statistics published by the EFL, as recorded at the end of each Football Month. Later amendments to official records (for example, following a match being expunged or awarded) will not change credits already applied. Fibrely’s calculation, applied in accordance with these Terms and the official statistics, is conclusive.

Football Months in which the Club plays no league fixtures generate no credit.

4. How the credit is applied

Any credit earned in a Football Month is applied to your following month’s bill, shown as a line item on that bill.

Credits can only be used against Fibrely charges. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative, are non-transferable, and cannot be applied retrospectively to earlier bills.

If a credit exceeds the charges on the bill to which it is applied, the unused balance will be carried forward to your next bill. Any unused credit remaining when your services end will lapse without compensation.

5. When you will not receive a credit

You will not receive a credit for a Football Month if, at the point the credit is due to be applied: (a) your account has any outstanding undisputed debt, arrears, or unpaid charges owed to Fibrely; (b) you have cancelled or given notice to cancel your Fibrely service, or your service has otherwise ceased (including termination by us in accordance with our standard terms and conditions); or (c) your service is suspended or restricted under our standard terms and conditions.

Where a credit is withheld under clause 5.1(a) and the outstanding balance is cleared before the following bill is issued, the withheld credit will be applied to that following bill. Otherwise, the entitlement to that credit lapses.

Fibrely reserves the right to withhold credits where we reasonably believe the Offer is being abused or claimed fraudulently.

6. General

Fibrely reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Offer at the end of any season, or earlier where circumstances outside our reasonable control make this necessary. We will give existing customers at least 30 days’ notice of any change that is to their disadvantage, and any such change will not affect credits already earned.

If the Club’s league status changes (including promotion, relegation, or any restructuring of the league), the Offer will continue based on the league competition in which the Club then competes, unless we notify you otherwise.

The Offer is a promotional incentive only. It does not form part of your service contract with Fibrely, and your statutory rights are not affected.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
