The Fibrely Acceptable Usage Policy ("Policy") outlines your usage responsibilities when utilizing Fibrely Products ("Service") and any equipment provided by Fibrely in connection with the Service. This policy is an integral part of your agreement with us, along with your Customer Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs").
1.1 "We"/ "Us" refers to Fibrely Ltd or any other member of the JLO Group.
1.2 "You" refers to the Contract holder and anyone else using your Service, including those who access your Service due to the removal or failure to maintain wireless encryption security on your hub.
1.3 Products supplied by Fibrely Ltd on behalf of a Third-Party Company may have separate T&Cs, which also apply.
1.4 This policy may be amended or updated at any time. It is your responsibility to regularly check for updates at https://www.fibrely.co.uk/legal/usage-policy. Your continued use of the provided Service after any changes to this policy constitutes your acceptance of the amendments.
2.1 Our Service may only be used for personal or legitimate consumer purposes. The Account Holder remains fully responsible for any use of the Service by you or anyone else connected and is solely responsible for internet use and any Web spaces owned.
2.2 You must not:
(a) Use Our Service for any activity that may be offensive, threatening, defamatory, racist, abusive, harassing, obscene, or indecent.
(b) Conduct any activity that is harmful to a minor, which is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Service termination and a report to the relevant authority.
(c) Cause or potentially cause damage to Our or any contracted third party’s name, or reputation.
(d) Use Our Service to bulk send unsolicited emails and/or messages, applying to anything traversing your network.
(e) Allow your computer or network to be configured to disrupt the internet or any other third-party network.
(f) Resell any element of Our Service without prior written consent.
(g) Establish, install, or use a device for making large volumes of calls, commonly referred to as a gateway device.
(h) Spend more than £300 a month or £50 for any single transaction when making calls across Our Services.
2.3 You are responsible for:
(a) Materials or content you access or place online.
(b) Your actions and statements online.
(c) Materials or data on equipment connected to Our Services.
(d) Websites or servers you own, run, or control using Our Services.
(e) Ensuring your network and devices are properly protected, including firewalls, antivirus, and adequate encryption protection.
(f) Any call made from or to your unique Caller Line Identifier (Phone Number).
2.4 You must not use Our Service for anything illegal or unlawful according to the Laws of the United Kingdom. This includes, but is not limited to:
(a) Promoting or advancing criminal activities, including terrorism, human trafficking, or modern slavery.
(b) Hacking devices, computers, systems, or networks without consent for ethical purposes.
(c) Impersonating the identity of someone else or otherwise misrepresenting who you are.
(d) Infringing on a third party's copyright or intellectual property.
(e) Sending information with forged addresses or deliberately constructed to adversely affect remote machines or other computer systems.
2.5 We may, in certain circumstances, be legally obliged to disclose information to relevant authorities, regulators, law enforcement, or other third parties. We reserve the right to notify these entities of any acts that may constitute alleged unlawful conduct.
3.1 Under no circumstances may you adapt, modify, or reverse engineer any part of Our Services or the equipment We have provided.
4.1 At Our sole discretion, We may run monitoring systems or undertake periodic usage checks to ensure compliance with the terms of this policy. By accessing the internet using Our Service, you are deemed to have granted us permission to access and monitor your computer systems and networks.
4.2 If We become aware that you may have breached this policy, We reserve the right to take any action We deem appropriate, including but not limited to:
(a) Conducting a detailed investigation into your Service usage.
(b) Notifying you of any potential breach by email.
(c) Contacting you to gather more information or discuss concerns.
(d) Issuing a formal written warning.
(e) Restricting your access to the Service.
(f) Suspending your access to the Service with immediate effect and/or
(g) Terminating your account with us, without notice.

4.3 We will use any action as a last resort and attempt to work with you to rectify any issues.
5.1 Copyright, trademarks, domain names, and other intellectual property rights in any content, software, or materials We provide to you belong to Our suppliers or us. We grant you a license to use these materials to receive Our Services, but you agree not to copy, modify, publish, or further distribute these materials.
5.2 We are not responsible for any third-party content or material accessible through Our Services.
5.3 If you have purchased Our Service for your business and confirmed this to us, your use of the Service on a commercial basis is authorized, subject to compliance with the remainder of this agreement.
